On the eve of International Anti-Corruption Day, Transparency International Belgium proudly announced the winners of the first-ever Belgian Integrity Awards of the Year 2025.
The official award ceremony took place on 8 December 2025 at the BELvue Museum in Brussels, bringing together key actors committed to integrity and good governance.
A New Annual Initiative to Honour Integrity
The Belgian Integrity Awards are a new annual initiative that recognise individuals who have demonstrated exceptional integrity, transparency and accountability, whether through their professional responsibilities or personal actions.
By highlighting exemplary role models, the awards aim to contribute meaningfully to the fight against corruption in Belgium and to strengthen democratic governance.
2025 Award Laureates
Following a rigorous multi-step selection process , including a public call for nominations, review by a Nomination Committee and final deliberation by an independent Jury, three laureates were honoured in this inaugural edition.

Julien Moinil
Public Prosecutor of Brussels
Julien Moinil was honoured for his remarkable efforts in enforcing anti-corruption laws, as well as his steadfast commitment to accountability, the public interest and the rule of law.
🏆 Winner – French-speaking Category
Olivier Goffard
Chief Financial Crime Compliance Officer, Euroclear
Olivier Goffard received the award for his significant contribution to strengthening compliance frameworks, improving governance mechanisms, and fostering a proactive culture of integrity within the financial sector.
🏆 Winner – Dutch-speaking Category
Wim De Naeyer
Head of the Forensic Audit Department, Audit Vlaanderen
Recognised for his exemplary investigative work, Wim De Naeyer has demonstrated unwavering commitment to public sector integrity, as well as dedication to preventing and exposing malpractice within Flemish administrations.
